“How do I book tickets?”

ANSWER:

Tickets can be booked online and can paid for via all major Credit or Debit Cards or via PayPal. Alternatively you can call us on the ticket hotline 07585000954 and we will process your order via the telephone

QUESTION:

“When will I receive my tickets?”

ANSWER:

All tickets are issued via 1st class post and you expect to receive them within 2 weeks for when you place your order with us

QUESTION:

“What is a Handling Fee and what does this mean?”

ANSWER:

Your handling fee is the cost of covering the cost of the printing and delivery of your tickets. We keep this at a flat rate of 99p. You may want to check this independently however this is very competitive against other companies fees

QUESTION:

“Can I get a refund on my ticket?”

ANSWER:

Unfortunately not, we only offer refunds if the event is cancelled by First Class Promotions

QUESTION:

“Can I take pictures on my phone?”

ANSWER:

Yes please feel free to take as many photos as you wish and tag us on Social Media, we want to make your evening as special as possible

QUESTION:

“Can I video performances?”

ANSWER:

Unfortunately not, we request that videos of the celebrities performance is not permitted

“Can I bring my own items for a celebrity to sign?”

ANSWER:

Every event that advertises our PLATINUM package includes a signature for our celebrity guest. Unless your purchase this package then signing of items will not be permitted
